Well I’m gonna give this Tumblr thing a try. Watched the WWE Money in the Bank pay per view with Kyle, Justin, and Katie…and Kaylee was there too lol. Anyway, I give it a thumbs up. The ladder matches were well done and had the world titles matches were decent. The divas matches were better than they have been and even though the Harts and Usos didn’t get a lot of time, it was still a pretty good match.
Kane winning the Smackdown MITB match was surprising, as Justin, Kyle and myself figured Drew McIntyre would win, but I guess storyline-wise, Kane winning, cashing the breifcase in on Rey Mysterio and winning the World Championship was good for an eventual match with The Undertaker, whenever he returns.
Miz winning Raw’s MITB was great, not only for the fact that I won a bet with Kyle by picking Miz to win (lol), but for the fact that it is Miz’s time to shine on Raw. Reportedly, the line Michael Cole said about Miz being the future of Raw was fed to him by Vince McMahon directly, as Vince has been said to be high on Miz as a company workhorse in the same way as John Cena has been. The Miz vs. John Cena at Wrestlemania 27? Sounds good to me.
Jack Swagger MUST DEVELOP A PERSONALITY ASAP! He’s getting better in the ring, but really, do we need yet another Chris Jericho type deliverer of words guy? If WWE would let him be the snotrag he really could be, he could really be the next Kurt Angle.
Drew McIntyre. Huh? I don’t think this guy’s days are numbered….yet. For all the hype he got he’s fallen pretty far into blah territory, not only for me, but many fans as well. With the reputation as a “headcase” he’s getting backstage, meaning guys think he’s incompetent and unwilling to get better in the ring and don’t want to work with him, he’s going to have to double up on everything he’s doing right now or else he may go the way of the “Chris Masters”, “Carlitos” and “Shelton Benjamins” of years past.
Matt Hardy is fat.
So is Chris Jericho.
